Everything our guests usually ask before booking.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Check-in is self check-in, assisted by the building staff. If you arrive late, just add your arrival time to your request.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free private parking on the premises for our guests.
How do booking and payment work?
You send a booking request with your dates: no account and no payment needed. We reply with availability and the total price. Direct bookings are paid in full when you confirm and are non-refundable, so you only pay after you have seen and accepted the final price.
What is the Climate Resilience Fee?
It is a Greek state fee charged for every night in tourist and short-term rental accommodation. The amount is set by law per night and season, and we always show it as a separate line in your booking summary.
How far is the beach?
About 300 metres, roughly a 4-minute walk.
What is the difference between the Standard Suite and the Deluxe Maisonette?
The Standard Suite is on one level, with a double bed, a sofa bed, one bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The Deluxe Maisonette is on two levels, with a double and a single bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two balconies. Both sleep up to 3 guests.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 3 guests per unit, children included. A crib is available on request.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and dishes.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes. Fast Wi-Fi (measured at 47–49 Mbps), air conditioning and heating in every unit.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking or partying allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted, so every guest can enjoy a quiet stay.
Is there a pool?
No, the property has no pool. The sea is about a 4-minute walk away.
Is there a washing machine?
No, the units do not have a washing machine. An iron and hangers are provided.
Is it suitable for families?
Yes. The nearby beach is quiet, a crib is available on request and every unit has a kitchen. For more organised beach bars there are options a short distance away.
