What data we collect
Only what you send us with a booking request or a message:
- Name, email, phone and country
- Dates, unit type, number of guests and your message
Why we use it
To reply to your request, send you availability and price and, if you confirm, manage your booking (legal basis: steps prior to and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send marketing messages.
Who processes it
Requests are delivered by email via Resend (Resend, Inc.) or, if you choose, through your own email app or WhatsApp. The website runs on a static hosting provider (Vercel or Cloudflare).
TODO: Confirm the final providers (hosting, email, Beds24, Stripe) and any international transfers.
Cookies and storage on your device
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking-form draft is kept temporarily in your browser’s sessionStorage and is deleted when you close the tab. The interactive map (OpenStreetMap) only loads if you turn it on.
How long we keep it
TODO: Set a retention period (e.g. requests without a booking: 12 months; bookings: as required by tax law).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object. Email us at danaesuites@yahoo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
