How a booking request works
A booking request is not binding and nothing is charged when you send it. We reply with availability and the total price. The booking is only confirmed once you accept and payment is complete.
Payment and cancellation
Direct bookings are paid in full when you confirm and are non-refundable.

Climate Resilience Fee
The Climate Resilience Fee is set by the Greek state per night of stay and is shown as a separate line in the total price.

Arrival and departure
Check-in after 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Check-in is self check-in, assisted by our staff. The exact location and arrival instructions are sent with your confirmation.
